Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the balance game service provided by T-Signal (hereinafter "Service"), operated by brilliantfocusing (hereinafter "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Company" refers to brilliantfocusing.
  • "Service" refers to the T-Signal real-time 2-player balance game operated by the Company.
  • "User" refers to a person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
  • "Game Room" refers to a virtual space where 2 users play the game together.
  • "Content" refers to questions, analysis results, etc. provided within the Service.
  • "Credits" refers to digital goods purchased to use paid features within the Service.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendments)

  1. These Terms become effective when posted on the service screen or announced through other methods.
  2. The company may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope of not violating related laws.
  3. Amended terms become effective 7 days after announcement.

Article 4 (Service Provision)

The Service provides:

  • Real-time 2-player balance game
  • Game results and compatibility analysis
  • AI-based in-depth analysis (optional)
  • Result sharing features

Article 5 (Service Usage)

  1. The Service can be used without separate membership registration.
  2. Users participate in games by setting a nickname.
  3. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, year-round in principle.
  4. The Service may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, failures, etc.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

  • Damaging others' reputation or causing disadvantage
  • Interfering with stable operation of the Service
  • Violating laws while using the Service
  • Other inappropriate activities
  • Using inappropriate or offensive nicknames
  • Accessing the Service through automated means

Article 7 (Advertising)

  1. The Service may display advertisements for operation purposes.
  2. Users agree to the display of advertisements while using the Service.
  3. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by advertisements.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Copyright and intellectual property rights for content within the Service belong to the company.
  2. Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or allow third parties to use information obtained through the Service without prior consent from the company.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

  1. The company is exempt from liability when unable to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters or war.
  2. The company is not responsible for service usage disruptions caused by user's fault.
  3. The company is not responsible for expected profits not achieved or lost through use of the Service.
  4. Game results and AI analysis are for entertainment purposes only, and the company is not responsible for decisions made based on them.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. The company and users will sincerely negotiate disputes arising from use of the Service.
  2. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved in court according to relevant laws.

Article 11 (Miscellaneous)

  1. Matters not specified in these Terms shall follow relevant laws and practices.
  2. These Terms shall be interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms become effective on January 7, 2025.
