This Refund Policy explains the conditions and procedures for refunds of credits and digital content purchased on the T-Signal service operated by brilliantfocusing (hereinafter "Company").

2. Nature of Digital Content

Credits are digital content that can be used immediately upon purchase. According to consumer protection laws regarding electronic commerce, certain refund restrictions may apply to digital content.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in the following cases:

  • Within 7 days of purchase and no credits have been used
  • Technical errors prevent any use of the service
  • Duplicate payment has occurred
  • Service is discontinued due to Company's fault

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Any credits have been used
  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • Simple change of mind (after using credits)
  • Access is restricted due to violation of Terms of Service

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Send refund request to support@t-signal.app
  • Provide purchase information (email, payment date, amount)
  • Explain reason for refund

Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on payment method, and may take up to 5-7 business days depending on card issuer policies.

7. Partial Refunds

If credits have been partially used, refunds are generally not available. However, partial refunds for unused credits may be possible in cases due to Company's fault.
